Digital transformation, minus the hype
Digital transformation isn't about having social media accounts or buying expensive software. It means your company sells, serves customers, operates and makes decisions with the help of digital tools, so the business can grow without the workload growing at the same pace. That's why the assessment looks at six areas, not just your website.
Each question has answers that describe real situations, ordered from the most manual to the most mature, and each one is worth 0 to 100. An area's score is the average of its questions, and the total is the average of the six areas. That number places you in one of five levels: Initial, Developing, Defined, Advanced and Digital leader.
The roadmap isn't a generic checklist. Every action comes from a specific answer: if you track leads in Excel, the action is to centralize them in a CRM; if you already have a CRM but enter data by hand, the action is to connect it. Quick, low-cost actions go in the first 30 days, those that need implementation at 90, and structural ones at 180. Your industry raises the priority of the areas that matter most for your type of business.
One tip to make the result useful: answer with what happens today, not what you're planning. Retake the assessment every quarter; the tool saves your last result in this browser and shows how much you've improved in each area.
Score from 0 to 100
A clear number and a maturity level so you know where you stand and how far you are from the next one.
Radar chart by area
Presence, sales, customer service, operations, data and culture in a single chart, so imbalances jump out at a glance.
30, 90 and 180-day plan
Specific actions ranked by impact and effort, each linked to the guide or tool that solves it.
Tailored to your industry
A restaurant, a law firm and a factory don't share the same priorities; the recommendations change with your industry and size.
Track your progress
Saves your last result in the browser and shows how many points you gained in each area next time.
Share your results
A link with your scores, without your answers, to review with your partner or your team.
