Clients book 24/7 based on each provider's and location's real availability; the app sends confirmations and reminders on WhatsApp, can collect optional deposits and syncs with Google Calendar. Does MonkeyCitas work on phones?
Yes. The booking page is designed mobile-first, and your team can view and move appointments from a phone, a front-desk tablet or a computer, with nothing to install.
Who owns my patients' or clients' data?
Your business does. MonkeyCitas stores it encrypted on servers with daily backups, and you can export your schedule and client list whenever you want. Mercado Monkey never uses or shares that information.
Can it connect to my website, WhatsApp and CRM?
Yes. MonkeyCitas embeds in your website as a button or a page, connects to your WhatsApp Business number for reminders and sends every appointment to HubSpot, GoHighLevel or any CRM with an API.
Does it work for a multi-doctor clinic in Torreón?
Yes. A clinic in the Campestre La Rosita area, for example, can give each specialist their own hours and exam room while the front desk sees everyone at once. Patients book by specialty and get reminders from the clinic's own number.
