What is MonkeyCotiza?

MonkeyCotiza is a Mercado Monkey microapp for building sales quotes. It uses the business's catalog and price lists, calculates discounts, sales tax (IVA, Mexico's VAT) and lead times, generates a PDF with the company's branding, sends it on WhatsApp or email, alerts the rep when the customer opens it and schedules follow-up reminders. It connects to the client's website, WhatsApp and CRM.

Can my sales reps quote from their phones?
Yes. MonkeyCotiza runs in the phone's browser, so a rep can build and send a quote on WhatsApp from a job site, a ranch or the customer's office without going back to a computer.
Who owns the customer and quote data?
Your business does. Customers, prices, quotes and history are stored encrypted and can be exported whenever you want. If a rep leaves the company, their quotes and customers stay with you.
Does it connect to my CRM, inventory and invoicing?
Yes. MonkeyCotiza sends every quote to HubSpot, GoHighLevel or another CRM, checks stock in MonkeyInventario and, once the sale is won, can create the invoice in MonkeyFactura. It also embeds in your website as a quote request form.
