What is MonkeyReseñas?

MonkeyReseñas is a Mercado Monkey microapp for getting and managing Google reviews. It sends review requests on WhatsApp or through QR codes after every purchase or service, alerts you to each new review and suggests AI-drafted replies so the business answers on time. It follows Google's policies: it asks every customer, with no filtering and no incentives. It's set up with the business's brand.

How long does it take to set up MonkeyReseñas?
The Google connection and request messages are ready in two to four business days. Printed QR materials depend on your print shop, usually a few more days. Review requests start reaching your customers in the first week.
Does MonkeyReseñas follow Google's rules?
Yes. Google prohibits buying reviews, offering incentives for them and asking only happy customers. MonkeyReseñas asks every customer equally, with no filtering and no gifts in return, so your reputation grows with no risk of penalties.
Does it work from my phone?
Yes. New review alerts arrive on your WhatsApp, and from your phone you can check the suggested reply draft and publish it on Google in a couple of taps.
Who owns my customers' data?
Your business does. The phone numbers and emails MonkeyReseñas uses to request reviews come from your own operation and remain yours. They're not used for anything else, and you can export or delete them whenever you want.
Does it connect to my POS, website or CRM?
Yes. It can be triggered from MonkeyCitas, MonkeyMenú, your online store, your CRM or a row in Google Sheets. An auto shop on Bulevar Revolución, for example, can request the review automatically when an order is marked as delivered.
