Branding in Torreón for businesses that already earned their name
Many La Laguna companies have twenty years of solid reputation and a logo a nephew made one afternoon. We design identities that look as serious as the business and work just as well on a billboard as on a WhatsApp profile picture.

Mercado Monkey does branding and logo design in Torreón from its office at Av. Morelos #703 Pte, Centro. It develops the name, logo, color palette, typefaces, tone of voice and brand guidelines, and applies the identity to stationery, social media, the website, uniforms, vehicles and storefronts. A complete identity project takes four to eight weeks.
In Torreón there's a type of client we know well: the family business that started with a shop downtown, grew by referrals, opened a branch on Bulevar Independencia and is now run by the second generation. The business is solid, but its image doesn't say so. Every branch has a different version of the logo, the trucks carry another, the invoices another, and on social media nobody knows which colors to use. A new customer, one who doesn't know the history, sees that mix and hesitates.
Good branding isn't just a pretty logo. It's deciding what you want people to think of you and repeating it everywhere: the storefront seen from a car at 40 mph under the midday sun, the product label on the shelf, the uniform of the installer who shows up at the door, the quote template sent over WhatsApp. That's why we start with interviews with you, your team and a few customers before drawing a single line.
We work on both new brands and refreshes. In a refresh we protect what people already recognize (the color, the shape, the name everyone uses) and tidy it up so it looks current without losing longtime customers. At the end you get practical brand guidelines with files ready for the local banner printer, sign maker and uniform embroiderer, so the brand is applied correctly even when we're not around. If you sell in the US too, we check that names and taglines work in English as well.
What we deliver
Interviews and assessment
We talk with you, your team and customers to understand why people buy from you. That becomes the idea that guides the whole design.
Logo and visual system
Primary logo, horizontal, vertical and icon versions, color palette, typefaces and supporting graphic elements.
Tone of voice and messaging
How your brand speaks on social media, on WhatsApp and in a quote. Key phrases, words to use and words to avoid.
Practical brand guidelines
Clear usage rules with right and wrong examples. Written so your print vendor understands them, not just a designer.
Real-world applications
Stationery, social templates, email signature, uniforms, vehicle graphics, storefront, labels and packaging, depending on your business.
Production-ready files
Vectors, print-ready PDFs, PNGs for digital and Pantone, CMYK and RGB color specs so your red looks the same on a banner and on screen.

Interviews, a review of your competitors in La Laguna and of how your brand looks today at every touchpoint.
Weeks 1–2 - 02
Concept and proposals
We present two or three creative directions applied to real cases: storefront, social profile, label or vehicle.

Refinement
We pick one direction and refine it with your feedback until it works large, small, in color and in a single ink.
Weeks 4–6 - 04
Guidelines and handoff
We assemble the guidelines, prepare production files and, if you need it, join your vendor for the first print run.
Weeks 6–8
Recent work

Casa Velo Persianas & Tapiz
Casa Velo sells blinds, curtains and wallpaper in nine stores across northern Mexico, but its old website sent every request to a single inbox. We built a new site with a store locator, catalogs and an in-home measurement request that goes to each store's WhatsApp.

La Brasa Norteña Taquería
La Brasa Norteña has 23 locations between northern Mexico and the American Southwest, but its website was Spanish-only and had no page for each city. We built a 40-page bilingual site that is generated from a single data file.

Tostadores Altamira
Tostadores Altamira sold specialty coffee at its Guadalajara coffee bar and through Instagram DMs. We built a Shopify store with subscriptions, Mercado Pago and Stripe payments, shipping to Houston, automated emails and campaigns on Meta and Google Shopping.
