Remodeling in Houston, with customers in two languages
Garza Builders & Remodeling is a Mexican-owned contractor in Houston that lived on referrals and shared-lead platforms. We built a bilingual website, cleaned up its Google profile and launched Local Services Ads and Google Ads in Spanish and English.

For Garza Builders & Remodeling, a Hispanic-owned contractor in Houston, Texas, we built a bilingual website with a project gallery and WhatsApp, optimized its Google Business Profile and launched Local Services Ads plus separate Google Ads campaigns in Spanish and English. In six months qualified leads grew 2.6× and reviews went from 31 to 127.
Where they started
The company was founded by two brothers from Monterrey who have spent 16 years in Houston doing kitchen and bath remodels, additions and roofing. They have three crews, a license and insurance, and excellent workmanship, but almost all their work came from referrals.
To fill gaps they paid platforms that sold the same lead to five contractors. Their website was an English-only template with no photos of their own work, and many of their ideal customers, Hispanic families in Katy, Pasadena and Pearland, preferred to talk in Spanish and couldn't find them.
What we built
We built a bilingual website with a page for each service (kitchens, bathrooms, additions, roofing, flooring) and each area, plus a gallery of 48 real projects with before and after photos. The WhatsApp button opens the chat in the page's language, and the form asks for project type, ZIP code and estimated start date.
We cleaned up the Google Business Profile: categories, service areas, job-site photos and a workflow that asks for a review by text when each project wraps up. With the license and insurance verified, we launched Local Services Ads with the Google Guaranteed badge, where you pay per lead instead of per click.
In Google Ads we split campaigns into Spanish and English, with ads and landing pages in each language, and excluded searches for jobs they don't do. Every call and message is tracked in GA4 so we know which campaign brings in closed projects, not just clicks.

The numbers
Six months in, Garza Builders gets 60 qualified leads a month, up from 23, and 44% come in Spanish. They stopped paying for shared-lead platforms because Local Services Ads and Google Ads bring them prospects who only talk to them.
Reviews went from 31 to 127, with a 4.9-star average, and that raised their close rate: today they close nine projects a month instead of four. They hired a fourth crew so they wouldn't have to turn work away.
“A lot of customers tell us they picked us because we answered in Spanish and they saw photos of real jobs. We don't buy leads that get sold to five other guys anymore.”
