Can I connect the template to EasyBroker or another CRM?
Yes. Properties are read from a data list that we can feed from your real estate CRM's export or API, so the site updates when you list or sell a property.
Does the calculator work for Infonavit loans?
The calculator uses fixed payments at the rate the buyer chooses, which works for bank mortgages and Cofinavit. For Infonavit (Mexico's federal housing fund) we can add a mode with its factors or a link to its official loan simulator.
Does it work for a development with several floor plans?
Yes. Each model or unit can have its own page with gallery, square footage, price and availability, and the listings can be filtered by floor plan, tower or phase instead of area, with each unit's availability always up to date.
How many properties can it show?
