PlanEOS: run your company from a single app

PlanEOS brings quarterly goals, weekly metrics, live L10 meetings, CRM, team chat and time tracking together in one lightweight, bilingual app. It's Mercado Monkey's own software, built to run on EOS and available to any company.

What is PlanEOS?

PlanEOS is an operating system for companies, built by Mercado Monkey and based on the EOS methodology: Rocks (quarterly goals), a weekly Scorecard, issues to solve (IDS) and live Level 10 meetings. It also includes a CRM with a sales pipeline, Slack-style chat, time tracking and task boards. It's built with framework-free HTML, CSS and JavaScript on Supabase, and each company sees only its own data thanks to PostgreSQL row-level security.

Many companies that run on EOS end up with the methodology spread across five tools: Rocks in one spreadsheet, the Scorecard in another, meetings in a doc, chat in Slack or WhatsApp and sales in a separate CRM. Every tool charges per user and none of them talk to each other. PlanEOS was born inside Mercado Monkey to fix that: one app where the quarterly goal, the task that moves it, the metric that measures it and the meeting where it's reviewed are all connected.

We designed it at Mercado Monkey to run our own operation. We install it in a Supabase project in your company's name, with no third-party per-user licenses, and we can implement it, adapt it to the way you work and train your leadership team. It works in English and Spanish, in light and dark mode, and it's just as usable on a computer as on a phone.

What's included

Rocks and quarterly goals

90-day objectives with an owner, milestones and progress the database calculates from completed milestones.

Weekly Scorecard

Metrics with a weekly target and green or red cells, so you can spot in seconds which number is off track.

Live L10 meetings

A Level 10 agenda the whole team follows in real time: Scorecard, Rocks, headlines, issues and the week's to-dos.

Issues and ideas (IDS)

Identify, discuss, solve. Any issue can become a linked task without losing its original context.

CRM and sales pipeline

Contacts, companies and deals on a drag-and-drop kanban, with amount, probability and won or lost status.

Team chat

Public channels and direct messages in real time, Slack-style, inside the same app where your goals live.

Time tracking

A timer per project and billable-hours reports for agencies and firms that bill by the hour.

Boards and tasks

Company, team or private kanban boards, with subtasks, priorities and links between tasks, Rocks and issues.

  • Companies already running on EOS. Leadership teams that follow the methodology with an implementer and want a bilingual tool that doesn't charge per user.
  • Agencies, firms and consultancies. Businesses that need goals, sales, chat and billable hours in one place instead of paying for four subscriptions.
  • Companies that want their data in-house. It's installed in a Supabase project in your company's name, so you decide where your information lives.
  • Bilingual or distributed teams. An English and Spanish interface with real-time updates for teams spread across Mexico, the United States and Latin America.

04FAQ

What people ask us

How much does PlanEOS cost?
It depends on how many people will use it and whether you need customizations. It's installed in a Supabase project in your company's name, with no third-party per-user licenses; we quote implementation, training and support after a 30-minute demo.
Do I need to know EOS to use PlanEOS?
It helps, but it's not required. The modules follow EOS logic (Rocks, Scorecard, IDS and L10 meetings), which you can learn in one session. You can also use it simply as a quarterly-goals board, CRM and chat.
Is my data secure in PlanEOS?
Every table carries the organization's ID and row-level security (RLS) rules in PostgreSQL, so users can only read and change their own company's data. There are four roles: owner, admin, manager and member. If you install it in your own Supabase project, the database is entirely yours.
Can PlanEOS be adapted to my company?
Yes. Because it's built without a framework, adding modules, fields or reports is straightforward. We can add department boards, custom CRM fields or connections to WhatsApp and n8n. Book a 30-minute call, we'll show you the system running and define the changes you need.
